Cancellation Policy
*Booking Policy - Bookings can only be made 6 hours or more in advance online. If you need an appointment sooner than this, please call or text me to see if you can be accommodated. A credit card must be placed on file to book an appointment. *Reschedule Policy - Client can only reschedule appointment 5+ hours prior to appointment or it will be treated as a cancellation. *Cancellation Policy - While I understand emergencies happen, cancelling with short notice prevents me from filling the same time slot with another appointment AND cancelling last minute (within 2 hours prior) or not showing up for an appointment places the expense of appointment prep on me. Therefore, I have a NO EXCEPTION but fair cancellation policy as follows: Appointments cancelled between 5 hours to 2 hours before appointment start time will be charged 50% of their booked service. (if you need to reschedule, you must do so 5+ hours prior to appointment) If a client simply does not show up for their appointment or cancels within 2 hours of appointment start time, the client will be charged 100% of the service booked. *5 hours - 2 hours before appointment: 50% of service charged *2 hours prior or no show/missed appointment: 100% of service charged *Late Show Policy - If an appointment begins late due to the client arriving late, the length of treatment will be shortened/adjusted in order to ensure any client appointments following the late start appointment begin on time.
